Metafit is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Metafit is a “bodyweight only” training system, this means the only equipment you need is yourself and a mat for comfort. Sessions run for 30-minutes and are high intensity, you work as hard as your body will let you which caters for all fitness levels.
